As a financial advisor and confidant for more than thirty years, Robert Fox, CFP®, CLU®, ChFC® helps his clients live happier lives.  Experience, wisdom and the ability to not only listen but hear his clients’ feelings and needs plays a big part in his ability to communicate, educate and build their confidence. Rob’s perspective comes from decades of working with folks from all walks of life:  doctors, lawyers, accountants, teachers, nurses, business owners, pre and post retirees, etc.  Real-life people all of whom have different circumstances and philosophies that must be respected.  Rob’s calm, reassuring manner and ability to work with other team members such as a CPA or estate attorney let’s you get important things done.  Things like portfolio design and investment management; income and retirement planning; life, disability and long-term care insurance reviews; tax and legal planning assistance, etc.  When folks need guidance, they turn to Rob.

After almost two decades of working with the people and systems of Raymond James Financial Services, Rob has grown comfortable from the stability of knowing their corporate values and moral compass are well positioned, always putting the client’s interests first.  He recognizes that their research and technology is among the best on the “street.”

Back in the day, Robert graduated from NY’s Stony Brook University.  Then, while working on Wall Street, he attained securities and insurance licensing, then attended The American College earning his CLU®, ChFC®, RHU®, REBC®, LUTCF® designations and then The College for Financial Planning where he received his CFP®.

Born and raised in LI and NYC Rob, wife Deanna, sons Daniel and Michael and Aussie shepherd, Bella, have called Tampa home for the last two decades. “I swapped a swimming pool for my snow shovel, but you can’t take the NY out of me.  Also, the golf, boating and beaches aren’t bad.”  Sports and travel with his family round out his life.
